Job Summary
The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) – RPO will manage day-to-day recruitment operations, lead recruitment teams, ensure SLA/TAT adherence, and support client delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned RPO clients
Lead and monitor Team Leads and Recruiters
Ensure hiring targets, quality, and turnaround time are met
Handle client communication, reviews, and escalations
Track recruitment metrics and prepare MIS reports
Drive process improvements and ensure compliance
Skills & Experience
Strong RPO delivery and team management experience
Hands-on with ATS, reporting, and recruitment analytics
Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Graduate / MBA preferred
