Position: Assistant Operations Manager – Logistics

Reports to: Operations Manager, CEO

Primary Role

Support daily logistics operations, help grow seller accounts, and act as the main contact person for new and existing shipper clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Seller & Client Acquisition

  • Actively look for new sellers (Facebook Marketplace, TikTok Live, Shopee/Lazada sellers, ukay-ukay stores, local businesses)
  • Present CKK Express services and rates to potential clients
  • Onboard new seller accounts and explain shipping process and COD handling
  • Maintain good relationships with all seller clients
