Role Summary:
We are a MedTech platform that is building MedTech distribution. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run day-to-day distributor operations including billing, logistics, inventory, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end distributor operations (order to cash)
- Oversee billing, invoicing, GST compliance, and credit controls
- Handle logistics, warehousing, and inventory optimization
- Improve processes, SOPs, and ERP discipline
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and OEM principals
- Manage and lead operations & warehouse teams
Ideal Candidate:
- 7–10 years of operations experience
- Strong exposure to billing, inventory, and logistics
