Insight Global is searching for an Assistant Operations Manager for an energy client located in the NYC area. This individual will be responsible for operations, sales and construction oversight of their electrification and weatherization installation projects within the Tri-State area. You will support all aspects of operations, budget, sales and project management with oversight of a team supporting all of these areas. This role oversees regional operations to ensure financial targets, budgets, and strategic objectives are met while leading a ten‑person sales and project management team to drive performance and deliver projects on time and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating across sales, audit, office, data, engineering, accounting, and safety partners; managing and forecasting revenue and costs; preparing both recurring and ad‑hoc reports and presentations; and ensuring effective, high‑quality operational processes.
