Job Description
- Support and assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining operational procedures that align with company goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including procurement, stock/inventory control, warehousing, distribution, and order fulfilment — ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped properly and on schedule.
- Coordinate between departments (e.g. procurement, warehouse, sales, delivery/logistics) to ensure smooth flow of goods, timely distribution, and efficient resource utilization.
- Manage staff — including hiring/recruitment support, training, scheduling/shifts, performance evaluation, and staff supervision.
- Help develop and monitor budgets, costs (logistics, storage, labor), expenses, and financial aspects of operations (e.g. cost control, profitability, expense tracking).
