About the Role

Violet Oon Singapore is seeking a Assistant Operations Manager to support operational excellence across all our outlets. This role is fully operational and service-focused , working closely with Restaurant Managers to ensure smooth daily operations, high staff performance, and exceptional guest experiences.

You will be actively involved in outlet operations, wearing uniform, leading by example, and stepping in whenever operational needs arise. You will also assist the General Manager in ensuring company-wide service standards, rostering efficiency, and operational consistency.
