  • The Role:
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments across teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with staff queries and escalate operational issues as needed.
  • Support marketing activities including social media updates and campaign coordination.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and contribute to improving operational processes.
  • The successful Candidate:
  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration 
  • Prior Real Estate experience - Sales or PA experience highly desirable 
  • Basic Marketing and Social Media skills
  • IMMACULATE presentation and a professional manner 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
  • High level of communication and attention to detail
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
