We are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the Crawley area for a reliable and motivated individual to join as a permanent Assistant Operator, helping ensure the smooth running of production lines. What You'll Do
Prepare and support production line setup for an 8:00am start.
Assist with monitoring machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining line efficiency.
Complete paperwork accurately - strong English and attention to detail are essential.
Work closely with Machine Operators and Line Leads to maintain high operational standards.
