Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support daily project activities to ensure works follow approved plans and schedules.
  • Track project progress and follow up on action items to support timely completion.
  • Prepare, update, and submit project reports, including progress and status updates.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation such as drawings, records, and reports accurately.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on technical and project-related matters.
  • Source, obtain, and review quotations for project materials and services when required.
