Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 8-10 packaging staff including training, performance evaluation, and coaching
• Execute weekly production plans across Small Pack and Keg linesto meet output, quality, and efficiency targets
• Drive line performance optimization and proactively identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor and report operational scorecard KPIs for packaging
• Manage administrative systems (Netsuite, ELMO...
