Assistant Planner

Job Overview

In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth workflows, accurate data management, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams. You’ll also gain hands‑on exposure to planning systems, tools, and business processes that power one of the region’s leading luxury platforms.

What you’ll do

• Develop a strong understanding of central planning strategies and identify opportunities to optimize workflows.
• Maintain high data accuracy across all planning tools, including RMS reports, Saber, Edit, and the Transfer Tool.
• Complete administrative tasks efficiently to support the function and peers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Compliance, Warehouse, and other relevant teams to support seamless operations.
• Develop a working knowledge of Saber and Compliance processes to meet functional needs.
