Assistant Planner

Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

Support production planning to ensure alignment with material availability and customer delivery requirements.

Monitor material status and coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to prevent shortages or delays.

Follow up on incoming materials to support on-time production.

Track customer orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.

Assist in rescheduling and plan adjustments based on customer changes or production constraints.

Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Act as backup to the Senior Planner when required.

Participate in process improvement activities to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
