Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare planning report based on Client’s PO & upload demand into the system.
• Run MRP in QAD systems for RM/PM requirement.
• Forecasting production Quarterly / Monthly / Weekly basis inline Client’s PO Item ETA.
• Share production schedules with the Production department.
• Identify delays and adjust schedules accordingly & notify customers via email.

Material Coordination & Inventory Control

• Provide customer service and ensure on time delivery.
• Conduct weekly reviews with Logistics and Sourcing teams for upcoming RM/PM requirements.
• Review open FG POs with clients on a weekly basis.
• Share monthly TIF reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide monthly inventory updates to clients and management.
• Prepare Form D for client and internal approval on a monthly or as‑needed basis.
