Planning & Scheduling
Prepare planning report based on Client's PO & upload demand into the system.
Run MRP in QAD systems for RM/PM requirement.
Forecasting production Quarterly / Monthly / Weekly basis inline Client's PO Item ETA.
Share production schedules with the Production department.
Identify delays and adjust schedules accordingly & notify customers via email.
Material Coordination & Inventory Control
Provide customer service and ensure on time delivery.
Conduct weekly reviews with Logistics and Sourcing teams for upcoming RM/PM requirements.
Review open FG POs with clients on a weekly basis.
Share monthly TIF reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide monthly inventory updates to clients and management.
Prepare Form D for client and internal approval on a monthly or as‑needed basis.
Manage inventory planning and control, ensuring accurate receiving and issuance.
