·       Receive orders released to production in Acuna Fabrication Email.

·       Request BOM from the Materials planning department for specific orders.

·       Provide customer service regarding statuses of orders.

·       Schedule orders ready to start manufacturing and take each order to the Layout department.

·       Process and Schedule No Charges.

·       Update the Release Log.

·       Make status changes, ship dates, and add Shop order notes.

·       Process the orders that went to RDBL when the drawings are already approved.

·       Provide ship dates to customers for scheduled orders.

·       Support and contribute to 6S and continuous improvement program
