Job Description

The following responsibilities must be carried out:

• Attend PTG meeting with the Project Development Team and Engineering Team to present updates, and initiate meetings as necessary to identify and clarify on utility requirements across SMDC developments.
• Assist the Manager in engaging with relevant departments throughout project stages, including Planning and Coordination, Project Implementation and Operations and Maintenance.
• Ensure incorporation of standard utility requirements during the design phase to support efficient operations.
• Oversee mapping of available and potential utility service providers within the project areas.
