Perform defined and assigned customer and non-customer facings support activities on behalf of the Account Owner. Identify and communicate issues / challenges with the respective Account Owner.Completing assigned tasks according to deployed documentation for the enrolled accounts in scope.Established communication with the Account Owners, Stakeholders and globally located departments.Updating documentation related to the product provided process.1st level support for the queries related to the data quality in specific reports.Working on problems/projects from moderately to considerable complex scope.Proposing improvements/optimizations of performed processes and its implementation once agreed with the supervisorProviding trainings to other team members.
