Job Description: 

  • Perform defined and assigned customer and non-customer facings support activities on behalf of the Account Owner.

  • Identify and communicate issues / challenges with the respective Account Owner.

  • Completing assigned tasks according to deployed documentation for the enrolled accounts in scope.

  • Established communication with the Account Owners, Stakeholders and globally located departments.

  • Updating documentation related to the product provided process.

  • 1st level support for the queries related to the data quality in specific reports.

  • Working on problems/projects from moderately to considerable complex scope.

  • Proposing improvements/optimizations of performed processes and its implementation once agreed with the supervisor

  • Providing trainings to other team members. Buddy for newcomers.
