Job Description

As Assistant Probate Manager, you will take full responsibility for the end to end administration of a book of probate cases, providing a first-class service to beneficiaries and Legal Personal Representatives (LPRs). Support with some administration tasks is provided by a dedicated support team.


You may also be required, on occasion, to attend face to face meetings with beneficiaries/LPRs. This will involve explaining our service including fees and collecting and collating the financial paperwork of the deceased.

Key Accountabilities

  • Full responsibility for the end to end administration of a book of probate cases varying in complexity. This will include some complex cases e.g. they are taxable, estates including agricultural, business and overseas assets and estates where we are on notice of a claim.
