About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Producer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of content and production projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the end-to-end production process and work closely with creative, editorial, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support the Producer in day-to-day project management across pre-production, production, and post-production.

● Assist in planning shoots, including scheduling, call sheets, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

● Liaise with creative teams, clients, talent, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and execution.

● Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
