We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Production Manager to support and strengthen our manufacturing operations.

This position is suited to a technically strong, hands-on professional with a deep understanding of processing, machinery, and plant operations, and the ability to take responsibility for production performance on the shop floor.

Position: Assistant Production Manager

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in production or processing environments
