- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support inventory control and material handling processes.
- Help coordinate shift schedules and manage attendance records.
- Report production issues or delays to the supervisor and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and logs.
- Collaborate with quality control to ensure product standards are met.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
