Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Professor

• Ph.D. from a reputable institute
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience
• Minimum 3 publications in Scopus / ABDC / ABS indexed journals
• Evidence of recent and consistent academic engagement

Preferred Attributes

• Active involvement in research, doctoral mentoring, and project funding
• Engagement through editorial roles, awards, speaker invitations, or academic associations
• Industry collaboration, consultancy, or case writing contributions
• Ability to deliver engaging, inclusive, and technology-enabled teaching
• Strong student mentoring orientation and teamwork mindset
