We are looking for as Assistant Professor- Dwarka for Operations -Apeejay Stya Group (Apeejay School of Management)

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Operations Management
Design, develop, and update course curriculum aligned with academic and industry standards
Conduct high-quality research in areas such as:
- Operations Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Production & Manufacturing Systems
- Logistics and related domains
- Publish research in reputed journals and contribute to conferences/seminars.
- To provide industry centric insights and experiential learning opportunities to students, enabling them to develop comprehensive industry knowledge and be well-prepared for diverse professional requirements.
- Contribute to academic administration, accreditation, and institutional development initiatives.
- Has published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, in the scopus /peer-reviewed Journals.
Skills Requirement:
- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven academic and research credentials with participation in reputed conferences and scholarly forums.
- Excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, student-focused, and committed to mentoring future professionals.
- Effective presentation and public-speaking abilities.
Education:
- MBA / PGDM in Operations or related specialization
- Is an eminent scholar having a Ph. D. degree in the relevant discipline.
- Proven ability and/or successful experience in pedagogical innovations, such as in blended learning and/or e-learning will be appreciated.
Exp :
- Two years of professional experience after acquiring master’s degree
- At least 3 research publications in SSCI or Scopus listed journals are desirable.
- Industry exp is mandatory.
- Ability to contribute to institutional initiatives – academic administration, or student engagement activities as a team member.
