We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Outreach Manager to strengthen institutional visibility, partnerships, and student outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach core and elective courses in Computer Science at UG/PG level
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments
- Conduct research and publish in reputed journals/conferences
- Guide student projects, internships, and research work
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Contribute to departmental, institutional, and accreditation activities
- Engage in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs

Research & Scholarly Activities
- Engage in research, publication of papers in peer-reviewed journals, and presentation at conferences/seminars.
- Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and live industry projects.
- Contribute to faculty development programmes (FDPs), workshops, and academic events.
Academic Administration
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and programme reviews.
- Perform examination-related duties including paper setting, invigilation, and evaluation.
- Mentor students for academic, career, and personal development.
Industry & Institutional Engagement
- Maintain active industry interface through guest lectures, corporate interactions, and consultancy (where applicable).
- Support placement activities, internships, and corporate tie-ups.
- Contribute to accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance processes (NBA, NAAC, AACSB, etc., if applicable).
Institutional Responsibilities
- Participate in committees, admissions, orientations, and institutional events.
- Uphold academic discipline, ethics, and institutional policies.
- Contribute to overall development and branding of the institute.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
- MCA/M. Tech/M. Sc. with specialization in Computer Science/IT from a recognized university/institute with at least 55% marks.
- NET Qualified / Ph D (preferred or as per regulatory norms).
Experience
- Candidates with relevant teaching/industry experience may apply (as per institutional norms).
- Industry exposure in AI, ML, Cyber Security, or DBMS is an added advantage.
