This is a part-time remote role for an Assistant Program Coordinator. The role involves supporting program management and development, coordinating tasks related to assigned projects, and ensuring that program goals are achieved efficiently. The Assistant Program Coordinator will collaborate with team members, assist in resolving client inquiries, and facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders to ensure the success of various initiatives.
Qualifications
- Program Management and Project Management skills to effectively oversee and organize tasks for successful completion.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Program Development experience to contribute to the creation and implementation of new initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools to manage projects and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Prior experience in program coordination or similar roles is a plus.
