What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Program Managers to develop and enhance B2C and B2B fulfillment processes, including FC operations.
  • Manage and govern 3P partners providing fulfillment center services for client.
  • Lead projects focused on cost optimization and process improvement, ensuring measurable impact.
  • Supervise warehouse teams to ensure adherence to SLAs, productivity, and quality targets.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze, and solve operational challenges.
  • Leverage on-ground operational insights to drive scalable and sustainable process improvements.

  • What You Will Need

  • 4–5 years of strong on-ground operational experience in Fulfillment Centers, Logistics, First Mile, Middle Mile, or Last Mile operations.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Program Management or Process Improvement roles.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • SQL knowledge or comfort with data tools (preferred).
