Assistant Project Architect

Responsibilities

Assist in project management across all stages , including planning, design development, tendering, construction, coordination, implementation, and project completion for refurbishment, renovation, and new development projects in Malaysia and overseas, ensuring compliance with budget and schedule.

Support the development of architectural designs from initial concept through artist impressions, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings .

Assist in liaising with relevant authorities and consultants to obtain statutory approvals at various stages of the project.

Support the Project Architect in leading and coordinating the project team , resolving technical and construction-related issues.

Source quotations and assist in price evaluation and negotiation with suppliers and contractors.
