Job Description

Overview

Provide project planning, administrative, and operational support to the Malaysia Dam & Hydro team.

Assist in project cost control activities, including monitoring budgets, WIP, progress, and debt positions.

Coordinate project activities, track schedules, and proactively follow up on deliverables and outstanding items.

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project delivery plans, forecasts, and supporting documentation.

Set up new projects in the financial management system in accordance with SMEC standards and internal approvals.

Assist in the preparation and review of intercompany, sub-consultancy, and joint venture agreements.

Support monthly reporting, re-planning, and forecasting processes.

Coordinate invoicing and follow up on payments, escalating issues where required.

Coordinate with all team members to ensure timesheets are completed in the system on a weekly basis.
