Overview

TERM 8 or 12 Month Term Preferred As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support our Project Managers & Superintendents in the delivery of our exciting Civil projects. The focus of your role will be to maintain contract documentation, support estimating and assisting with the preparation of budgets and schedules. We work on a variety of contract types such as Design Build, Plan and Spec and Construction Management, and you would gain experience on all of these. A vehicle will be required to visit project sites, as the locations are not easily accessible by public transit. Term starting May 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain purchase order logs, shop drawing and submittal logs, and plan logs.
  • Gain an understanding of how to select suppliers and sub-trades and obtain quotations.
