About the Project
We are looking for a Project Manager Assistant to support our Fiverr-based delivery operations. This role is fully focused on sourcing, coordinating, and supporting freelancers on Fiverr (primarily Fiverr Pro) for upcoming and active projects.
The position is highly operational and communication-heavy, requiring daily interaction with international freelancers, structured follow-ups, and clear documentation to support Project Managers in making fast, informed decisions.
Required skills:
Excellent English fluency (spoken and written); daily communication with international freelancers is required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (documentation, tracking, basic data handling)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple Fiverr's inbox conversations and tasks in parallel
Strong written communication skills and attention to clarity and structure
Highly responsive, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
