Job Description

JOB SUMMARY This position requires assistance in managing the pre-construction, design, execution, and close-out of projects according to company objectives and goals.


Duties include but are not limited to assisting the project team in engineering management, conceptual estimating, pricing change orders, multi-trade project scheduling, short-term scheduling, booking change orders in the internal cost analysis system, procurement of equipment, RFIs, submittals, managing field labor, field coordination, subcontractor management, material take off and interacting with the General Contractor and Owners project teams to successfully execute construction projects and to support the acquisition of additional work.
