Assistant Project Manager (APM) (Construction) (Carolinas Region)

Stoa Group Construction is hiring an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the planning, execution, and closeout of multifamily construction projects in the Carolinas region.

This Assistant Project Manager (APM) will work directly with the Project Manager and Superintendents t to keep projects moving, help drive coordination and documentation, support buyout and procurement, and stay on top of the details that keep the schedule and quality on track.

What you'll do

Pre-Construction / Start-Up

• Support bid procurement and help with early cost input during design
• Help coordinate jobsite startup needs (trailer, furniture, equipment, setup readiness)
• Assist with subcontractor/vendor prequalification and contract document preparation
