About the Project

We are looking for a Project Manager Assistant to support our Fiverr-based delivery operations . This role is fully focused on sourcing, coordinating, and supporting freelancers on Fiverr (primarily Fiverr Pro) for upcoming and active projects.

The position is highly operational and communication-heavy, requiring daily interaction with international freelancers, structured follow-ups, and clear documentation to support Project Managers in making fast, informed decisions.

Required skills:

• Excellent English fluency (spoken and written); daily communication with international freelancers is required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (documentation, tracking, basic data handling)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple Fiverr’s inbox conversations and tasks in parallel
