Main Responsibilities

  • Lead full project team to deliver within time, quality, and cost
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans
  • Manage deliverables, scope, changes, issues, and risks
  • Coordinate cross‑functional resolution and communication with main contractor
  • Monitor progress, performance, costs, and cash flow
  • Evaluate project outcomes and support dissemination activities
  • Work closely with client to meet business needs
  • Certify subcontractors' progress claims
  • Perform other project engineering/management tasks
