Assistant Project Manager

Their team is growing, and they're looking for a driven Assistant Project Manager to support their expanding portfolio in Clearwater or Bradenton. Your new role As Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $10M-$50M. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to manage subcontractors, coordinate RFIs and submittals, assist with procurement and scheduling, and ensure quality and safety standards are met on-site. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to both field and office operations. What you'll need to succeed 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with a general contractor. Background in K-12, municipal, or higher education projects is a strong plus. Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.). Strong communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
