Job Description
Lead, plan, and oversee the execution of complex construction projects, ensuring excellence in delivery across schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, providing leadership and direction to project teams, engineers, and subcontractors.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and stakeholders — ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
Monitor and control site activities to ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and statutory regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring project engineers and developing the next generation of project leaders.
Report project progress, financial performance, and potential risks to senior management.
