️ Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Commercial Fit-Out Projects will be responsible for supporting end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects for commercial spaces in Delhi NCR. This role involves coordinating with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The position requires strong project management skills, technical understanding of interiors and MEP systems, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Assist in project concept planning, scope definition, and execution schedules.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Manage RFP/Tender events: float packages, evaluate bids, conduct pre-bid & negotiation meetings.
Compare techno-commercial proposals and prepare purchase requisitions/purchase orders based on approvals.
Budget & Cost Control
Assist in preparing estimates, tracking project budgets, expenditure, and cost forecasting.
Execution & on‑site Supervision
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, perform QA/QC checks, ensure safety and compliance.
Manage MEP/structural coordination, oversee installation, snagging, de-snagging until client handover.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, risk registers, minutes of meetings, and as-built documentation.
Maintain procurement trackers, vendor performance records, and financial dashboards.
Risk & Change Management
Identify issues, propose mitigation strategies; assist in implementing change‑control processes.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors; ensure high standards of client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
B. E./B. Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management/Architecture. Diploma acceptable with relevant experience.
Work Experience
3–7 years in commercial interior fit‑out, building services, MEP or construction consultancy. Exposure to Delhi NCR projects is highly preferred
