  • Manage day‑to‑day execution of corporate interior fit‑out works (workplace, office spaces, refurbishments).
  • Review and coordinate GFC drawings, layouts, material specs, and vendor submissions.
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, MEP teams, PMC consultants, and vendors.
  • Conduct site inspections, manage snag lists, and ensure QA/QC compliance.
  • Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports, dashboards, and client updates.
  • Support material approvals, BOQ verification, and measurement validation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and corporate guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture.
