Position Overview
Working closely with the Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager is responsible for projects from receipt of purchase order through final installation and final customer site acceptance. This is achieved by providing critical leadership to the project, ensuring detailed project plans are developed and in place, daily/weekly/monthly measurement of project’s progress to plan, effective interaction with customers, stakeholders, and internal reporting of the project’s progress.
Key Accountabilities
- Support project delivery by assisting the Project Manager in achieving customer and company targets for cost, quality, schedule and HSE requirements.
- Assist with team coordination by helping organize and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with all applicable codes and standards.
