As an established Chicagoland General Contractor for 42 years, we are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and construction projects in our Milwaukee, WI office.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is someone who is self-driven, has an aptitude for leadership, extremely organized, understands the Project Manager’s perspective and possesses the knowledge and experience to co-manage projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison to the Project Manager concerning bids, RFI’s, subcontracting and scheduling.
- Review all bid packages prior to distribution to bidders and review all correspondence/proposals prior to submission to client to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with estimates, schedules and material orders.
