Do a variety of projects across the country including car dealerships, multi-family, industrial, and a variety of hospitality. The bulk of the Phoenix work is Multi-family (wood frame) and Industrial and they're doing about $300M annually in that office. Typical project size is $40-$90M. For Industrial it is $20-50M.
