Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Mechanical & Electrical installations
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all M&E project activities, resources, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with technical specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Lead project meetings, track issues and resolutions, and report project status to senior management.
• Oversee quality assurance and testing/commissioning activities.
• Resolve technical issues, risks, and conflicts that may arise during project execution.
