Your new role
1. Technical Documentation & Project SubmissionsPrepare and submit technical documentation for new lift/escalator installations, including shop drawings, finishes, and work programs in line with contract requirements. Follow up on submissions to ensure timely approvals. Request manuals and related documentation as required.
2. Subcontractor & Supplier Management Source and appoint subcontractors and local suppliers based on contract requirements. Obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for both local and overseas suppliers.
