This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will support project planning, execution, and monitoring tasks to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, expediting project deliverables, and assisting with inspections to uphold quality standards. Collaboration with team members, clients, and suppliers will also be a key aspect of this role, ensuring smooth project flow and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor duties, ensuring timely delivery of project components
  • Strong background in Project Management with skills in coordinating and monitoring project progress
  • Experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality control and compliance
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management to organize and manage supply chain activities effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools or systems is an added advantage
