Assistant Project Manager | Tier 2 Builder

You will be joining a high-performing, privately owned commercial builder delivering complex new build and D&C projects across Melbourne. The business sits comfortably in the upper Tier 2 space, delivering projects typically ranging from $80M to $120, with a strong secured pipeline well beyond the next few years.

The salary range on offer sits within $150k - $180k plus super, depending on experience (this isn't a junior level role, it's a stepping stone from Senior Contract Admin/Senior Engineering/Design Management/Project Coordination and into Project Management).

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will report directly to an experienced Project Manager and Senior leadership team, working as part of a strong project delivery group. You will be exposed to the full project lifecycle, from early procurement and design coordination through to construction delivery and handover.
