AECOM is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This position can be located in several cities, including: San Diego, Tucson, and El Paso.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Assists the PM and/or CM in the monitoring and execution of design and construction contract administrative and technical requirements. Performs contract correspondence, document and plan control functions, inputs data into management system, the project information management system, and prepares management information reports on the status of each.
- Attend and document project meetings (write minutes).
- Maintain project filing and document management systems (hard copy and electronic).
- Update and maintain sets of drawings, specifications and logs.
