Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Coordinate operations between internal and external departments.
- Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, sub-contractors and workers.
- Work closely with the client to identify client's needs and expectations.
- Monitor and inspect the progress of the project-on-site to ensure that the works are implemented based on good quality, finishes and standards, and that project is on schedule, and within budget.
- Oversee and manage a team of the site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline with more than 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design / A&A work of hotel
- Responsible for planning and supervision of all operational activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people.
