Overview
We are a local SME company. This position will be stationed at eastern part of Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians to handle service requests
- Coordinate with business units to perform ad hoc/scheduled maintenance
- Track all maintenance activities and prepare maintenance reports
- Oversees and inspects the work performed
- Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time & materials needed to complete repair. Ordering of necessary materials & supplies to complete all tasks & maintaining the store inventory.
- Prepare a clear development brief in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations.
- Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (pre-contract & post contract administration and procedures).
- Attend weekly site meetings with all stake holders and the like.
