We have an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Sydney Industrial team in a permanent role. Based at the iconic Quay Quarter Tower, the Assistant Property Manager will support the management of industrial assets across NSW and QLD, with occasional travel required. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and outsourced teams to deliver exceptional property and facilities services. Our industrial portfolio is curated to meet the increasing demand for efficient and flexible industrial spaces in Australia. These assets are responsive to our customer needs and strategically located to provide easy access to both existing and new customers.

• Lease & Financial Administration : Review lease data, manage purchase orders, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with arrears and rent reviews.
