Assistant Property Manager

TPG Management is a growing, owner-focused property management company managing approximately
250 residential units across New Jersey
, with plans to scale. We are seeking a
fully remote Assistant Property Manager
to work directly with a senior Property Manager and take full ownership of tenant-side operations once residents are moved in.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, experienced in residential property management, and comfortable handling tenant issues, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants
  after move-in
• Manage all tenant issues and escalations
